Let’s just say—I’ve been in this game a while. At age 22 I was hired as the director of online marketing to launch a new department for a local marketing firm. Within 6 months I grew that department to over 30 digital clients. That's when I understood I should probably start my own firm.
For the next 5 years I ran a San Diego digital marketing agency, Dynamik Internet Marketing Inc. Very quickly we grew to serving over 40 local clients. That's when other agencies began approaching me asking for consulting and coaching services.
Since then we have added consulting, speaking, & coaching as a service we provide to other marketing experts looking to help more local businesses.
I’ve helped six students hit seven figures and over 40 cross the six-figure mark. As the founder of Coaching Launch, 7 Figure Visionary, and host of The Secrets of Coaching podcast, I’m here to drop free, proven strategies that have helped our clients build some of the most impressive results in the coaching industry.

I didn’t get into sales through a course or corporate training — I learned by knocking on doors in the summer heat and figuring out how to connect with people fast. That experience eventually put me in the top 2% of more than 4,500 reps at the nation’s largest residential solar company, with 350+ deals closed and over $4.1 million generated.
Later, I transitioned into remote sales and ended up leading my team, bringing in 230+ clients and more than $1.1 million selling premium virtual assistant and marketing services. Along the way, I realized the best sales and the best marketing both come down to the same thing: understanding people and building trust.
After years of mentorship through Tony Robbins programs, I came back to Greensboro and built an agency focused on helping businesses grow smarter. Today, I use that same experience to help companies use AI-driven marketing to attract better clients, improve conversions, and scale in a way that still feels human.
